Events
The host stays with the people the night is for.
When the event and the crew sit in one tool set, posts get filled and the host is not chasing lists. Guests get the night. That is the purpose, not the logistics of it.
Entrusted Stewards brings together people who have been entrusted with gifts, talents, and resources, and pairs them with the For Stewards tool set. Get out of the logistic ruts of doing the good works. Focus on purpose. Multiply the impact of the events, with and for those you serve.
The job
Entrusted Stewards is the gathering place for people who want to steward what they have been given, together. For Stewards is the daily tool set: shifts, events, and resources in one place so hosts are not chasing lists while guests wait.
The good work is the room. The ruts are the texts, the unfilled spots, the last-minute supplies. We automate what can be automated so you stay with the people in front of you, and so the night can do more than it could when ops ate the clock.
The photos are from real outreach nights that taught us this, including work with Catering to Love.
The tool set
Open a sector. Now is live in the tool set. Later is on the map, not sold today.
Hosts plan the night in one place: the event, the posts, and the captains. You point people, then stay with the guests. The tool set is so the host is not the human switchboard while the room waits.
That is host ease for outreach nights, not a calendar product sitting in another silo.
Recruit, form, and deploy. People bring a gift. You put them in a real slot: check-in, activities, serving, cleanup. They show up in For Stewards instead of bouncing between texts and a spreadsheet.
The point is presence with those you serve, not a bigger volunteer database.
Food, fun, and a supplies network sit next to the event and the crew. A host can request catering and supplies from a network instead of renting a second expensive stack that does not talk to volunteers.
Small teams should not have to compromise on the plate, or buy a whole catering product to feed one night.
When we ship it: give and credits so generosity sits next to the event, not in a separate silo. Not live today. No invented checkout on this site.
When we ship it: list a hall or unused space, or book one for a night, in the same tool set. This is space stewardship, not a venue marketplace as the opening wedge. Not live today.
Business as a ministry: local businesses that underwrite or show up at nights, tracked with the rest of the tool set. That is a later module, not the first job. Not live today.
How teams work
Entrusted Stewards is the gathering teams join. Volunteers, hosts, and coordinators run the day in For Stewards: shifts, events, and catering, at forstewards.com.
We are early. The marketing site is this page. The app preview is labeled as a preview. No public pricing yet. No invented checkout.
Why this vision is solved here
Events
When the event and the crew sit in one tool set, posts get filled and the host is not chasing lists. Guests get the night. That is the purpose, not the logistics of it.
Volunteers
Entrusted Stewards is the gathering. For Stewards is how captains and crews actually show up. People stop bouncing between texts and spreadsheets, and start being present with those they serve.
Catering
Small nonprofits should not have to compromise on the plate, or rent a whole catering product that does not talk to volunteers or the event. Catering sits next to the rest of the tool set.
The map
Small outreach teams should not have to compromise, or go get an expensive single solution for each hole. Events, volunteers, donations, venues, catering, and business as a ministry belong in one For Stewards tool set so they interconnect. The picture is the system. How we help each sector is in What you get, above.

Built for operators
Outreach hosts, volunteer coordinators, and org leaders who want gifts, talents, and resources working together, and who are tired of logistics stealing the purpose.
Municipal software buyers, church-institution suites as the opening wedge, and venue-marketplace browsers. Those are not the v1 job.
